PC Monitors and TV Screens are electrically charged, basically they generate static. Which means they attract dust, making the screen disgustingly dirty and you are forever having to clean them. Now fabric-softener sheets are made to reduce static cling, this means that they dont just remove the dust, they prevent the dirt from settling………..try it
